Our process on making edges nice with no fear of cracks is to draw file and then buff on a soft Scotch Brite wheel. This is a very good way of taking off a minimum of material, getting a straight edge and leaving a scratch free edge. Try it, you will like it.

Mid fuselage frame section 25 is done except for reaming the NAS bolt holes, we'll do that later this week. It requires two hand on the drill press.
These are the stick mounting brackets with bearings. What is cool about this is the RV 7 does not have them. I like the engineering that Van is putting into this plane. Imagine a homebuilt with bearings on all the controls. I am really pleased with these advancements in this model.
This ribs have the crotch strap seat belt attachments riveted between the seat ribs.
