Ribs - Section 14 - and lots of them!
Rafael has been working on the ribs. He has automated the process to some extent, but it still takes a lot of time to do each one and there are a lot of them. He de-burrs the edges using a sanding block with emery glued to it, then hits it with the Scotch Brite wheel. Cleans the ribs lighting holes with a de-burring tool and hits it with a small Scotch Brite wheel on the air grinder and then before dimpling he uses our Dremel moto tool with Scotch Brite to prepare the ribs for Akzo Primer. Then you dimple, flute, wash and repeat the process again on all the ribs except the fuel tank.
